Over 150 people fell victim to the Seoul Crowd Crush, and one of them was Lee Jihan, according to the reports.

Billboard reports that the K-pop singer and actor was among the number of people who suffered fatalities in the recent Seoul crowd incident which took place during the Halloween festivities. An event that was thought to be a fun gathering turned out for bad after it became densely overcrowded.

The Korean artist also was in the area for the celebration when things turned out to be chaotic. He was a rising K-pop star who rose to fame following his participation in season 2 of Produce 101 in 2017.

Produce 101 is a reality show where contestants from different places gather around and compete to become a member of the boy group. While Jihan made a promising start in the show, he was eliminated in the fifth episode with a rank of 98.
